netop tilbage efter årets midsommerretreat i tisvilde…
meditation blev som altid en central del af denne weekend på sct helene fyldt med meditative øjeblikke ved bålet, i naturen og på yogamåtten…
udover 8 timers meditativ yoga bestod weekendens program af en workshop om yogaens 8 trin…
meditation er yogaens 7.trin, kaldet dhyana.
gennem historien har flere kloge mennesker forsøgt at beskrive kunsten at være i nuet.
