Sommerferien kan for mange være mere hektisk end hverdagen, men med et yogaretreat med Britt på Villa Fjordhøj i Skælskør er der garanti for ro og fordybelse
Det kan være svært at finde åndehuller i en travl hverdag, men findes skal de – for ellers løber »batterierne« som bekendt for alt for mange tør for strøm.
I Skælskør ligger Villa Fjordhøj pittoresk ved Skælskør Fjord, og allerede her falder pulsen for de fleste besøgendes vedkommende.
Er man kommet for at dyrke yoga i selskab med yogalærer Britt Søndergaard, er der næsten garanti for, at ens puls falder yderligere i løbet af de par dage, som et yogaretreat typisk varer.

Flere gange om året rykker Britt ind på Villa Fjordhøj, hvor hun generøs på sine eftertragtede yogaretreats deler ud af sine erfaringer som yogalærer gennem mere end 30 år. Yoga hvor tempoet er sat, så alle kan være med både kropsligt, mentalt og menneskeligt.
En tiltrængt pause
Takket være Villa Fjordhøjs skønne faciliteter med egen badebro, sauna i vandkanten, varmvandsbad under åben himmel, romersk bad og prioritering af økologisk mad kan udgangspunktet ikke være bedre for en tiltrængt og genopladende pause i livet – sommer eller ej.
Et yogaretreat med Britt er ofte langt mere end yoga. Stilhed er altid en fast del. Det samme er forskellige workshop, hvor for eksempel olietygning eller mudderbad kan være på programmet.
Britt holder yogaretreats på Villa Fjordhøj over sommeren både den 17.-19. august og 7.-9. september – begge gange med det overordnede tema: »Yoga viser vejen tilbage til dig selv«.
