vi skaber pauserne på silent kloster-retreats på Mallorca
om foråret går vi bogstaveligt talt i kloster med dagen indrammet af meditativ yoga og mauna/stilhed på programmet.
vi trækker stikket og holder stilhed fra mandag aften, når vi siger godnat til lørdag morgen, hvor vi efter morgenyoga bryder stilheden med et fællesaum.
de fleste er med en uge, men flere to uger…de fleste for første gang, men flere har været med før – og booker som det sidste pladsen igen til næste år…
