tidlig morgen med solens sidste rødlige nuancer i baggrunden står vi op til morgenyoga…
san salvador klostret er bygget i godt 500 meters højde på toppen af et bjerg med den skønneste udsigt 360 grader rundt helt ud til havet og helt op til bjergene med grøn pinjeskov så langt øjet rækker.
pga al vegetationen er det ikke usædvanligt bjerget er dækket af fugtige lavtliggende skyer, der skaber en helt særlig stemning, når vi dyrker yoga udenfor og mediterer tidlig morgen i solopgangen.
med ryggen op ad bjerget ude på meditativ morgenvandring eller til morgenyoga oppe på klostrets tag oplever vi solen står op i øst mod havet og hvordan skyerne smyger sig op ad bjergvæggen og nærmest kærtegner pinjetræerne.
de eneste lyde vi kan høre er fårenes klokker og morgenens første fugle…
efterhånden som solen får mere magt, smelter skyerne langsomt væk og lyset med den blå himmel giver nu en helt anden stemning…
udsigten fra san salvador er ubeskrivelig, en udsigt, de fleste kommer op af bjerget for at nyde på et lille stop i løbet af dagen.
med denne vidunderlige udsigt har vi mediteret og dyrket yoga i snart en uge – vi behøver blot at kigge ud af vores vinduer for at mærke vi er på et magisk sted…

et meditativt retreat her på san salvadorklostret føles som rekreation for både krop og sjæl.
